Sharing a Vision for Success
I am Gaetano Morello, a real estate developer/investor, licensed broker, and general contractor in Boston MA with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. I launched The Level Up Mastermind because I believe in the multiplying power of people striving for greatness together.
After years of pursuing deals and moving from one project to the next, I was in search of a greater purpose and meaning in life. I attended a training program that opened my eyes to the world of personal development and leadership. It was there that I learned the importance of mindset, self-awareness, contribution, and community.
In 2019, just before the global pandemic, I set out to bring to life my vision of redefining the landscape of Boston Real Estate networking. Most people see real estate as a cut-throat industry, one where you have to safeguard your contacts and leads to protect what is yours at all costs. I saw an entirely new possibility.
I realized that the newer generation understands the power of teamwork and operates much differently than those prior. I dared to ask what if we brought together the top real estate professionals across the city from all different sectors to connect the dots and support one another?
The results were beyond my expectations.
Playing on my passion for connecting with others and supporting them in achieving their goals, I created a space where members can celebrate wins and share their struggles. This is a place where they can give and receive support. It’s also a place to make deep, meaningful connections. It’s an opportunity for all of us to open our networks and resources to each other as a way to propel ourselves to the next level of our careers. I am a firm believer that what you give to others comes back to you two fold. My success in this industry is a direct result of consistently adding value for others at every opportunity.
