All-Team Stand-Ups
These weekly video calls provide a space to set goals, share ideas, celebrate wins, and get support. We’ll practice our leadership skills, sharpen our mindsets, challenge our limiting beliefs, and share our secrets to success.
Accountability Teams
This is a close-knit member-led group of individuals who provide support week to week to hold you accountable to reaching your goals.
These weekly checkpoints are designed to track goals, provide coaching, offer feedback, and expand networks.

Private Events
Work hard. Play hard. Come together for in-person events including group fitness, happy hours, panel discussions, and site meetings.
The Slack Channel
This is where you will have 24/7 access to the power of the mastermind at your fingertips. You can use the Slack channel to troubleshoot a problem, celebrate a win, or share a story with the community. You can also direct message any member of the mastermind.

Show Up
80% of Success is showing up. Members make it to every call. They’re there for themselves and their team. It’s a time to check in, to cheer and be cheered, and to tap into the motivation to move ahead. If you want to make a difference in your career and in your life, you need to be there.
We say “Early is on time.” It shows that you’ve made this a priority and that you’re ready to take full advantage of all it has to offer.
Engage
It’s simple. The more you put in, the more you get out. You have a unique perspective and valuable insights for your team. Be ready to jump into the conversation. Be honest with yourself and with your team about where you are and what you want to see happen.
Expect and be ready to give honest and direct feedback. We’re all here because we want to grow. We’re not going to sidestep the big issues. We face challenges head-on.
Be an active listener. Ask questions. Take time to hear from others in the group.
Take Risks
Life happens outside of your comfort zone. You don’t get ahead by staying where you are. Open yourself to the possibility of to going beyond what you thought possible for yourself. As your team, we’re here to support and guide you, but you need to be willing to take the leap.

Whatever you’re facing, this group will help you through it. We can help you work through the external and internal obstacles that have been blocking you.
